- Welcome clients at the collection point and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage operational aspects of order processing and fulfillment.
- Engage in commercial outreach to enhance client acquisition and partnerships.
- Facilitate client communication regarding reservations, quotations, delays, disputes, and deliveries.
- Oversee hotline and after-sales service for clients.
- Coordinate with boutiques and manage B2B communications as directed by the Atelier Supervisor.
- Issue tracking codes and label items for the Atelier, ensuring traceability.
- Manage the back-office operations of the website, liaising between online clients, delivery personnel, and the cleaning Atelier.
- Ensure seamless transfer of items between the collection point and the Atelier.
- Organize and manage delivery logistics within Paris.
- Archive order tickets and prepare daily reports.
- Open and close the cash register and boutique.
- Train boutique teams on La Sirène services and actively promote offerings.
- Contribute to the acquisition of new clients and commercial partners through local outreach and storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+5) with a strong interest in luxury, communication, customer experience, and sustainability.
- Proficiency in English and strong command of Excel and other IT tools.
- Agility and flexibility in a start-up mode environment.
- Strong operational skills with a keen sensitivity to environmental issues.
- Reliability, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and adaptability.
Experience in a luxury retail or customer service environment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+5).
