1. Uphold operational standards to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Serve as the expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools.
3. Provide exemplary customer service, including welcoming and hosting clients.
4. Support daily operations such as register management, inventory handling, and stock replenishment.
5. Maintain organized stock storage and process received stock accurately.
6. Communicate inventory needs to management.
7. Collaborate with management on stock cycle counts and physical inventory.
8. Promote an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
9. Ensure brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements are met.
10. Act as a brand ambassador providing continuous sales and service support.
11. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience.
2. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting up to 25 lbs.
3. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Experience in the fragrance and beauty industry preferred.

3+ years of related experience in a retail or luxury environment, preferably within the fragrance and beauty industry.

The anticipated base hourly range is $24 to $30.41, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
