1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
2. Act as an expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service based on Chanel’s service mantra.
4. Support daily operations including opening and closing of registers, handling shipments, and managing stock.
5. Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to management.
7. Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
8. Uphold an omni-channel mindset for a seamless client experience.
9. Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
10. Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel, its history, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

3+ years of related experience. Experience in the fragrance & beauty industry preferred.

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24 through $30.41 hourly. Other forms of variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
