1. Uphold operational standards to enhance the CHANEL client experience.
2. Act as the expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools within the boutique.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and hosting clients.
4. Support daily operations such as register management, shipment handling, and inventory control.
5. Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock efficiently.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to management.
7. Partner with management to execute stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
8. Promote an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
9. Ensure brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements are met.
10. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience.
2. Experience in the fragrance and beauty industry preferred.
3. Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs.

2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably within the fragrance and beauty industry.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.30 to $29, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
