Chanel Boutique Operations Associate

- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
- Serve as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, acting as a resource for the entire boutique team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and hosting all clients.
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing of registers, handling shipments, and managing stock.
- Understand and execute inventory management processes.
- Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock into the system.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Partner with the Assistant Boutique Manager to execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Promote an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
- Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Experience in the fragrance and beauty industry preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within Chanel.
3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.30 to $30.45. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
