1. Uphold operational standards and processes to ensure an exceptional client experience.
2. Serve as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools within the boutique.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Chanel's service mantra.
4. Support daily operations including register management, inventory handling, and stock replenishment.
5. Maintain an organized stock storage system and accurately process received stock.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
7. Collaborate with the Assistant Boutique Manager on stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
8. Promote an omni-channel approach to enhance the client experience across in-store and online platforms.
9. Ensure brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements are met.
10. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
11. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
2. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting items up to 25 lbs.
3. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Passion for client experience and the Chanel brand.
4. Organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

3+ years of related experience, ideally within the fragrance and beauty industry.

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $28 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other perks.
