1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
2. Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools to support the boutique team.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel’s service mantra, including welcoming and hosting clients.
4. Support daily operations including opening and closing registers, managing shipments, and addressing stock needs.
5. Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock into the system.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
7. Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory in partnership with the Assistant Boutique Manager.
8. Promote an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
9. Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
10. Serve as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
11. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry.
2. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
3. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry.

The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $24 through $29 hourly. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
