1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
2. Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools within the boutique.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and hosting clients.
4. Support daily operations, including opening and closing registers, managing shipments, and stock needs.
5. Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock accurately.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
7. Partner with management to execute stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
8. Promote an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience.
9. Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
10. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
2. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
3. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24 through $29 hourly. Additional compensation may include bonus potential and other perks.
