Boutique Operations Associate

1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
2. Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
4. Support daily operations such as opening and closing registers, handling shipments, and managing stock.
5. Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director/Assistant Boutique Manager.
7. Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
8. Promote an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
9. Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
10. Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance & beauty industry. Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs. A flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24 through $29 hourly. Other forms of variable pay, including bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks, may be offered.
