1. Support the Boutique Operations Manager in overseeing performance indicators and developing action plans in collaboration with all boutique stakeholders.
2. Monitor daily retail performance metrics such as traffic, average basket size, and monthly sales targets.
3. Analyze sales performance of staff and product collections, including sell-through rates and merchandising effectiveness.
4. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of new collection purchases and sales tracking.
5. Provide analytical support to managers across sales, visual merchandising, and alterations to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique, including onboarding new staff and supporting team briefings.
7. Assist in managing general services to uphold the boutique's image.
8. Act as a key contact for department store interactions.

1. Enrollment in a business, engineering, or university program.
2. Minimum of 6 months of analytical experience in management, finance, or marketing, or experience in a boutique setting.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with VBA skills considered an advantage.
2. Strong numerical aptitude and versatility.
3. Dynamic and service-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 6 months in an analytical role or boutique experience.

Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or university program.
