Chanel Boutique Operations Assistant

- Support the Boutique Operations Manager in overseeing performance indicators and developing action plans in collaboration with all boutique stakeholders.
- Monitor daily retail performance, including traffic, average basket size, and monthly targets across product lines.
- Analyze sales performance of staff and product collections, focusing on sell-through rates, month coverage, and merchandising highlights.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of new collection purchases and sales tracking.
- Provide analytical support to managers across sales, visual merchandising, and alterations for effective activity management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique, contributing to an optimal employee experience by assisting new hires with uniforms, badges, access, and IT tools.
- Support managers and staff in preparing team briefings and information meetings, and lead certain briefings related to specific topics.
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing general services to maintain the boutique's image.
- Act as a key contact for interactions with department store teams.
- Current student at a business school, engineering school, or university.
- Previous experience of 6 months in analytical roles (management, finance, marketing) or boutique experience.
- Strong numerical aptitude and versatility.
- Dynamic with a strong sense of service, rigor, and organization.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; VBA knowledge is a plus.
A minimum of 6 months in analytical roles or boutique experience is required.
Enrollment in a business school, engineering school, or university.
