- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Consultants to deliver exceptional client engagement and sales techniques.
- Cultivate a strong team spirit and foster a positive working environment.
- Ensure the implementation and understanding of Chanel’s strategic vision.
- Conduct team briefings and provide regular performance feedback.
- Develop individual action plans to enhance team member success.
- Coordinate team schedules with the Terminal Manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive business development by understanding the Travel Retail environment at Zurich Airport.
- Propose and implement actions to enhance business performance and adapt to passenger profiles.
- Analyze KPIs to ensure progress and achieve targets.
- Oversee the implementation of animations, client experiences, and visual merchandising.
- Manage order processes and sales aids in alignment with brand strategy.
- Maintain excellent stock levels through effective communication with local management.
- Collaborate with logistics departments for inventory management and new product launches.
- Act as a Chanel brand ambassador, creating personalized client experiences and fostering loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business partners and Duty-Free Multi-Brand Stores.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury brands.
- Passion for high-end retail and a commitment to exceptional client service.
- Expertise in luxury retail sales and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty trends and high-end product offerings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
- Ability to create a welcoming and elegant boutique environment.
- High-level organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
Approximately 5 years of experience in retail, with a focus on luxury brands and client service excellence.
