- Oversee daily operations of the Watches and Fine Jewelry boutique, ensuring alignment with Chanel's brand standards.
- Drive exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets.

- Ensure the boutique is fully staffed and team members adhere to grooming guidelines.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture to nurture loyalty and recruit new clients.
- Deliver high-level customer service and manage VIP client relationships.
- Maintain and analyze the client database to enhance engagement.
- Set and monitor team goals to achieve financial and strategic objectives.
- Coach the team to develop sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Leverage marketing and events to build the client base and drive boutique traffic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on security, payments, and returns.
- Manage budgets, events, and operational improvements in collaboration with the Boutique Director and Head Office.
- Oversee stock management and ensure accurate inventory control.
- Implement Chanel visual merchandising guidelines and maintain brand-aligned displays.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Provide ongoing coaching and identify development opportunities for team members.
- 3+ years in management, preferably in luxury retail.
- 5+ years of experience in selling watches and fine jewelry.

Competitive base salary of $120k-125K CAD annually.
