- Oversee daily operations of the fashion boutique, ensuring exceptional client service and achievement of sales goals.

- Ensure the boutique is fully staffed and team members adhere to grooming guidelines, maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and thoughtful follow-ups.
- Achieve financial and strategic objectives by setting and monitoring team goals, focusing on sales performance.
- Leverage marketing and events to build the client base and drive traffic to the boutique.
- Address performance management issues promptly and effectively, coordinating schedules and ensuring optimal floor coverage.
- Monitor boutique operations for compliance with company policies on security, payments, and returns.
- Collaborate with the team to implement Chanel visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s identity.
- Participate in and facilitate training programs to enhance product knowledge and client relationship management.
- Extensive experience in luxury retail, preferably within fashion, with demonstrated sales and leadership success.
- Strong organizational and operational skills with a focus on achieving results through collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage both clients and team members.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
Extensive experience in luxury retail, preferably within fashion, with demonstrated sales and leadership success.
Competitive base salary of $130k-145k CAD annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
