5. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and thoughtful follow-ups.
6. Achieve financial and strategic objectives by setting and monitoring team goals, focusing on sales performance.
7. Leverage marketing and events to build the client base and drive traffic to the boutique.
8. Address performance management issues promptly and effectively, coordinating schedules and ensuring optimal floor coverage.
9. Monitor boutique operations for compliance with company policies on security, payments, and returns.
10. Collaborate with the team to implement Chanel visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s identity.
11. Participate in and facilitate training programs to enhance product knowledge and client relationship management.

1. Extensive experience in luxury retail, preferably within fashion, with demonstrated sales and leadership success.

Extensive experience in luxury retail, preferably within fashion, with demonstrated sales and leadership success.

Competitive base salary of $130k-145k CAD annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
