- Serve as an ambassador of the Chanel brand, taking ownership of the boutique's business operations and driving ambitious sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance and ensure exceptional client service.
- Lead and mentor the store team through hands-on management and coaching, identifying business opportunities and executing related actions.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and ensure compliance with Chanel's grooming guidelines.
- Oversee customer experience, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Achieve financial and strategic objectives by setting and managing goals, and driving sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff performance, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute to the development of the boutique's budget and promotional events.
- Ensure efficient stock management and control procedures to prevent discrepancies and loss.
- Guide merchandising efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards for product display and presentation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a visual merchandising capacity within a luxury or client-oriented retail brand.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage workload by priority and deadlines across several projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and creativity, with a responsible approach to tasks.
- Experience in project management is an asset.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assertiveness balanced with respect and humility.
- Networking skills and a team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a visual merchandising capacity within a luxury or client-oriented retail brand.
Competitive salary with a base range from $110,000 CAD to $120,000 CAD.
