- Lead and manage a team of sales managers and their sales associates, ensuring alignment with Chanel's commercial and brand strategy.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to optimize boutique results and enhance the client experience.
- Encourage team collaboration, enthusiasm, and knowledge sharing to achieve objectives.
- Support sales managers in their development and management of sales associates, focusing on purchasing, stock optimization, commercial efficiency, training, and development.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and team composition, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Monitor sales performance, ensuring progress towards boutique objectives, and implement action plans as needed.
- Manage the boutique's purchasing in line with Grand Roissy's strategy, ensuring product assortment coherence and budget adherence.
- Ensure excellence in client service and adherence to Chanel's standards.
- Supervise the Visual Merchandiser and maintain the boutique's visual standards.
- Manage stock health and support the operations manager in key decisions.
- Apply Chanel's procedures and airport regulations, managing daily relationships with Aéroport De Paris and service providers.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury fashion retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills.
- Strong performance and challenge orientation.
- Intercultural openness.
- Fluent in English.
