Chanel Boutique Manager

- Serve as an ambassador of the Chanel brand, taking ownership of boutique operations and driving sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance client service.
- Lead, inspire, and coach the boutique team to identify business opportunities and execute related actions.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and adheres to Chanel's grooming and presentation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, particularly to VIP clients, and oversee the maintenance of customer relationships.
- Manage and analyze customer relationship management (CRM) data to enhance customer engagement.

- Organize and participate in management meetings and boutique events, collaborating with marketing and PR departments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, security guidelines, and inventory control measures.
- Extensive experience in business and people management within a luxury fashion house or high-profile retail brand.
