- Lead daily sales and operations of the F&B Boutique in Emporia, Malmö.
- Establish a world-class service and selling culture, ensuring high client experience standards.
- Inspire and manage a team of Beauty Advisors, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop business initiatives aligned with the brand vision and strategy.
- Demonstrate advanced client engagement and selling techniques on the shop floor.
- Drive and monitor performance indicators, providing regular feedback and evaluations.
- Conduct performance gap analysis and collaborate with the Retail Learning & Development Trainer.
- Achieve key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, UPT, PPU, and Average Basket Size.
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising guidelines.
- Adapt brand animations and events to suit local clientele within brand strategy guidelines.
- Manage staff schedules and operational zoning.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.
- At least 5 years of shop floor experience within the Beauty industry.
- Advantageous to be a qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist.
- Engaging and communicative leadership skills.
- Performance-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Empathy and social mobility combined with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards.
- Passion for client experience, luxury, and beauty.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years in sales management and 5 years on the shop floor within the Beauty industry.
