1. Lead and manage the daily sales and operations of the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Malmö, ensuring a world-class service and selling culture.
2. Inspire and direct a team of Beauty Advisors, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, aligning business initiatives with Chanel's vision and strategy.
4. Drive performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
5. Demonstrate advanced selling skills, utilizing storytelling and cross-selling techniques to enhance client engagement.
6. Conduct gap analysis on performance and collaborate with the Retail Learning & Development Trainer to implement necessary actions.
7. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and adapt animations and events to suit local clientele.
8. Manage staff schedules and operational zoning effectively.

1. Minimum of 2 years of documented experience in sales management.
2. At least 5 years of shop floor experience within the Beauty industry.
3. Qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist is advantageous.
4. Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively as a people manager.
5. Strong focus on achieving results with a performance-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 5 years of shop floor experience in the Beauty industry, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
