3. Conduct team briefings and participate in talent recruitment and personalized integration programs.
4. Define and track individual skill development priorities.
5. Drive sales and monitor performance to achieve objectives.
6. Implement business development plans aligned with brand vision and strategy.
7. Manage team schedules and zoning to ensure smooth boutique operations and quality customer experience.
8. Ensure adherence to procedures and optimize the use of available tools.
9. Manage stock effectively and apply control procedures to anticipate and minimize discrepancies.
10. Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
11. Create personalized customer experiences and develop lasting relationships with clients.
12. Enhance relationships and collaboration with the Grand Magasin Management.
13. Represent the brand internally and externally at client events, internal projects, and external forums.
