1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales development.
2. Promote best practices within the team, maintaining high standards in customer service, product care, and teamwork.
3. Provide exemplary customer service, managing consultations, inquiries, and after-sales service.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, introducing new products and ensuring a welcoming environment.
5. Support and coach sales staff to achieve sales objectives and enhance product knowledge.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and senior management, ensuring confidentiality and structured organization.
7. Manage product ordering, handling, and merchandising to align with brand standards.
8. Ensure team adherence to dress code and personal presentation guidelines.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boutique, including customer and stock areas.
10. Facilitate training and personal development of Beauty Consultants, providing daily reports and conducting meetings.

Significant experience in retail management within the beauty or fashion industry, demonstrating a track record of sales success.

Competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 CAD annually.
