- Maintain the highest level of customer service, managing consultations, inquiries, and after-sales service.
- Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with Chanel standards.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stock issues.
- Implement and reinforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Coordinate merchandising standards and promotional activities, collaborating with marketing teams.
- Plan and execute in-store events and promotions, providing feedback to the marketing team.
- Ensure all employees adhere to appearance and uniform guidelines, protecting Chanel's brand image.
- Proven leadership experience in retail (beauty, fashion, or luxury).
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset with strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingualism (French/English) required.
