Chanel Boutique Manager - Fragrance & Beauty

- Lead the day-to-day sales and operations of the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Magasin Lyngby.
- Establish and maintain a world-class service and selling culture.
- Inspire and manage a team of four Beauty Advisors, fostering a client-centric environment.
- Demonstrate exemplary client engagement and selling techniques on the shop floor.
- Drive performance indicators and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
- Execute storytelling and advanced selling techniques, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Collaborate with the Retail Learning & Development Trainer to address performance gaps.
- Achieve key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, Units per Transaction, and Average Basket Size.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Adapt animations and events to suit local clientele within brand strategy guidelines.
- Manage staff schedules and operational zoning.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.
- At least 5 years of shop floor experience within the Beauty industry.
- Qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist is advantageous.
- Engaging and communicative leadership style.
- Performance-minded with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Proactive and self-driven with a positive attitude.
- High degree of integrity and ethics.
- Passion for client experience, luxury, and beauty.
- Fluency in Danish and English with excellent communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years in sales management and 5 years of shop floor experience within the Beauty industry is required.
