1. Coordinate and oversee engineering maintenance and general security for Chanel Fashion and WFJ Boutiques.
2. Maintain the physical condition and image of boutiques, ensuring optimal cleanliness and maintenance of furniture and fixtures.
3. Identify and plan maintenance and engineering needs for all Fashion and WFJ boutiques.
4. Manage all aspects of maintenance, including electrical and mechanical repairs, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
5. Engage with contractors for scheduling, negotiation, execution, and quality control of maintenance projects.
6. Conduct regular site visits for supervision, inspection, and recommendations on repairs, renovations, and refurbishments.
7. Schedule routine maintenance and ensure quality follow-up, managing both reactive and preventive work.
8. Handle loose furniture management, including ordering, shipment, and implementation.
9. Compile monthly maintenance reports and conduct annual maintenance cost analysis to ensure budget adherence.
10. Collaborate on boutique renovation and new boutique openings, including layout review and execution.
11. Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, retro-fits, and main projects, including Fine Jewelry and Watch Wholesale.
12. Manage boutique security coordination with contracted security companies, establishing key-holder and emergency procedures.

1. Proven experience in boutique maintenance or a related field within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of engineering maintenance and security protocols.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in boutique maintenance or a related field within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
