Chanel Boutique Maintenance Manager

- Coordinate and oversee engineering maintenance and general security for Chanel Fashion and WFJ Boutiques.
- Maintain the physical condition and image of boutiques, ensuring optimal cleanliness and maintenance of furniture and fixtures.
- Identify and plan maintenance and engineering needs for all Fashion and WFJ boutiques.
- Manage all aspects of maintenance, including electrical and mechanical repairs, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Engage with contractors for scheduling, negotiation, execution, and quality control of maintenance projects.
- Conduct regular site visits for supervision, inspection, and recommendations on repairs, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Schedule routine maintenance and ensure quality follow-up, managing both reactive and preventive work.
- Handle loose furniture management, including ordering, shipment, and implementation.
- Compile monthly maintenance reports and conduct annual maintenance cost analysis to ensure budget adherence.
- Collaborate on boutique renovation and new boutique openings, including layout review and execution.
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, retro-fits, and main projects, including Fine Jewelry and Watch Wholesale.
- Manage boutique security coordination with contracted security companies, establishing key-holder and emergency procedures.
- Proven experience in boutique maintenance or a related field within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of engineering maintenance and security protocols.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in boutique maintenance or a related field within the luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
