2. Guide clients through the boutique and direct them to appropriate sales associates based on their visit's purpose.
3. Identify and engage with Very Important Clients (VICs), offering additional services such as valet parking and hotel connections.
4. Facilitate client interactions when sales associates are unavailable, ensuring an engaging waiting experience with provided tools.
5. Utilize knowledge of the boutique's history, style, and internal procedures to answer client inquiries.
6. Stay informed about local cultural and gastronomic activities to assist clients and support sales associates.
7. Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and reflects the brand's image.
8. Propose enhancements to the client experience.
9. Assist with packaging, offering refreshments to clients, and reorganizing stock.

1. Extensive experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, gastronomy, or concierge services.
2. Native proficiency in Swiss German.
3. Fluency in English and proficiency in digital tools.
