Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients in the boutique in accordance with the Boutique Charter.
- Manage client expectations and direct them to appropriate areas or personnel based on their visit purpose.
- Utilize knowledge of boutique specifics, team, and internal procedures to address client inquiries.
- Communicate with sales advisors and engage clients during wait times using available tools.
- Manage daily visit schedules and personalize client appointments in collaboration with the team.
- Identify and welcome VIP clients, proactively offering additional services.
- Stay informed about local cultural and gastronomic activities to assist clients and support sales teams.
- Ensure the boutique's presentation aligns with brand image and strive for excellence.
- Contribute to improving the client experience through various support tasks.
- Assist the cash desk team and master all internal processes.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hospitality sectors such as hotels, restaurants, or concierge services.
Skills
- Reliability, agility, and a deep sense of service.
- Solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and memory.
- Teamwork and proactive listening abilities.
- Strong interest in fashion and culture, with storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in English and digital tools; additional languages are a plus.
