- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in line with Chanel's Boutique Charter.
- Manage client expectations and direct them to appropriate areas or personnel based on their visit's purpose.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of boutique specifics, including history and style, to address client inquiries.
- Maintain communication with sales advisors and engage clients during wait times, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Coordinate daily visit schedules and personalize client appointments in collaboration with the team.
- Identify VIP clients and proactively offer additional services such as valet or restaurant recommendations.
- Act as an ambassador for the city, providing clients with information on local cultural and gastronomic activities.
- Uphold Chanel's brand image by ensuring the boutique's presentation aligns with the company's standards of excellence.
- Contribute to enhancing the client experience through various support tasks, including packaging and stock organization.
- Support the cash desk team and master all internal processes.
- Significant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within hospitality sectors such as hotels, restaurants, or concierge services.
- Reliability and agility in service delivery.
- Strong problem-solving orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and proactive listening skills.
- Passion for fashion and culture with a talent for storytelling and conveying emotions.
- Fluency in English and digital tools; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Candidates should have substantial experience in customer service environments, ideally within the hospitality industry.
