4. Oversee customer appointments during peak hours or exclusive events.

6. Provide information about products, collections, and services.
7. Coordinate and assist in executing VIP events and product launches.
8. Ensure reception and lounge areas are pristine and guest-ready.

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in fashion, marketing, or public relations preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail.
