Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Identify customer needs and guide them to the appropriate sales associate or area.
- Oversee the flow of customers entering and leaving the boutique to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage customer appointments during peak hours or exclusive events.
- Act as an ambassador for the boutique, embodying the image and values of the brand.
- Provide key information about products, collections, and available services.
- Coordinate and assist in executing VIP events and product launches.
- Ensure the reception and lounge areas are pristine and prepared to receive guests.
- Offer beverages, promotional materials, or additional information to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in fashion, marketing, or public relations preferred.
