1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client-facing tasks.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative duties such as answering phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $25 to $27. Additional compensation may include benefits and perks.
