1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Serve as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including shipments and cycle counts.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and manage cash handling.
6. Execute administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and initiatives.

Candidates should have at least one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.70 to $27.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
