1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum 1 year of related retail sales experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.
6. Curiosity and desire for professional growth within Chanel.

A minimum of one year of experience in retail sales is required, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.70 to $26.00. Compensation includes additional benefits and perks.
