- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
- Facilitate opening and closing procedures, including handling cash and deposits.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong team collaboration and ability to work in a team-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding and passion for client experience.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow within Chanel.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $28 to $32, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
