- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including greeting and hosting clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong understanding and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Interest in Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.
Candidates should have at least one year of related experience in a retail or customer service environment, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with clients and support operational tasks.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $30.00, with additional compensation components including benefits and perks.
