1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation of products.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and manage cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum 1 year of related retail experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow within Chanel.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Applicants must possess a minimum of one year of experience in a related retail environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service and operational support.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $27.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
