1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred.
5. Passion for Chanel’s history, products, and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $30.00. Compensation includes base salary and may encompass additional benefits and perks.
