- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation of products.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.
A minimum of 1 year of related experience in a customer-facing or retail environment is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $27.00. Compensation includes base salary and may include additional benefits and perks.
