1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and other client-facing tasks.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Candidates must have at least one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.70 to $27.00. Compensation includes additional benefits and perks.
