1. Warmly greet clients upon arrival and provide information on health and safety protocols.
2. Manage client wait times and appointments using available tools and processes.
3. Assist clients with inquiries and facilitate a seamless in-boutique experience.
4. Maintain traffic flow to ensure optimal service levels.
5. Communicate expected wait times and in-boutique experiences to clients, setting realistic expectations.
6. Support the opening and closing of the boutique, inventory receiving, and product shipping to enhance client service.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

4. Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of one year of related experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $26.00, with additional compensation components including benefits and perks.
