1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, including cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Understanding and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Passion for Chanel's history and product offerings.
6. Curiosity and desire for professional growth.

At least one year of relevant experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $24.70 to $27.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
