1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and manage cash handling and deposits.
6. Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong understanding of client experience and service excellence.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language proficiency preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.

Candidates must possess at least one year of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and operational support within a luxury retail environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $27.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
