1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory cycle counts.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation of products.
5. Manage opening and closing of registers, including cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

3. Understanding and passion for client experience.
4. Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within Chanel.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred.

A minimum of one year of related experience in a similar role is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $27.50, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
