- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.
At least one year of experience in a related field, preferably within retail or customer service.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $23.60 to $27.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
