1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client service tasks.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and manage cash handling and deposits.
6. Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.

1. Strong team collaboration skills.
2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Interest in Chanel's history and product offerings.

Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.70 to $27.00, with additional compensation components, benefits, and perks.
