1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, showcasing their ability to thrive in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $23.60 to $27.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
