1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Support the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client service tasks.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and manage cash and deposits.
6. Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel and its offerings.

Candidates must have at least one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $27.50, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
