1. Lead and develop the boutique team, focusing on succession planning and career development.
2. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of boutique staff.
3. Ensure exceptional client experiences by modeling brand image expectations and service behaviors.
4. Drive sales performance through strategic goal setting and leveraging client data.
5. Manage boutique operations, including stock levels, expenses, and staff scheduling.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, free from discrimination and harassment.
7. Act as the ultimate decision-maker for the boutique, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

1. Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
4. Physical ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $110,000, with additional variable pay components such as bonuses.
