- Lead and develop boutique staff with a focus on succession planning and career development.
- Create and implement development plans, overseeing the annual review process for all store employees.
- Coach and support the boutique team to elevate their skills and expertise, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Facilitate regular team communication sessions to convey promotional activities, performance goals, and corporate initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee issues professionally, in accordance with Chanel standards and policies.
- Recruit, attract, and retain talent for all positions, including freelancers.
- Ensure a consistent and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and collaboration.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming environment in the boutique.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Provide a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience for clients.
- Model brand image expectations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve sales objectives using all available levers, including products, services, and events.
- Utilize client data to retain, recruit, and grow client return rates.
- Manage stock levels and communicate issues to corporate.
- Oversee operational tasks in partnership with the Assistant Manager.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budgets.
- Support loss prevention and risk management initiatives.
- Optimize staff scheduling to ensure superior customer service and drive sales.
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
A minimum of 7 years in a leadership role within the luxury retail industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $110,000. Additional compensation includes bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
