1. Lead and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
2. Foster a positive working environment, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
3. Actively develop boutique leadership, empowering the team to manage their responsibilities.
4. Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with the boutique team and Home Office.
5. Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

1. Minimum 7 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social initiatives.
6. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Minimum 7 years of related experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,900 through $160,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses and other incentives.
