1. Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

4. Collaborate with the boutique team and Home Office to devise strategic solutions to enhance sales.
5. Represent Chanel in the market by building the client base through community involvement and partnerships.
6. Ensure the boutique meets and exceeds defined performance targets.

1. Minimum of 7 years of related experience in luxury retail management.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

3. Passion for client experience and the Chanel brand.
4. Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in luxury retail management, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership and team development.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000 to $167,700, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and benefits.
