2. Perform daily cash reconciliation, drawer balancing and end-of-day reporting in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements.
3. Deliver discreet, personalised client service consistent with the brand’s luxury standards during transactions and at all client touchpoints.
4. Detect and prevent potential fraud or suspicious payment activity; escalate incidents according to store security procedures.
5. Support store opening and closing protocols, safe drops and secure handling of high-value receipts and documents.
6. Collaborate with sales colleagues and store management to ensure seamless client journeys and accurate sales administration.
