1. Participate in the establishment of a microorganism library.
2. Conduct literature reviews on targeted microorganisms and their metabolites, as well as isolation and characterization methods.
3. Develop methodologies for the isolation and characterization of various microorganisms.
4. Apply laboratory methodologies and conduct microorganism culture trials (USP and DSP).
5. Analyze, format, and compile results into summary tables.
6. Draft reports and procedures.
7. Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.
8. Ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment and manage consumables.
9. Adhere to safety instructions and maintain the cleanliness and order of laboratory equipment.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in Biotechnology or Microbiology.

1. Strong knowledge of microorganisms and culture processes (USP).
2. Experience with recovery and purification processes (DSP).
3. Team spirit and scientific curiosity.
4. Autonomy and rigor.
5. Organizational skills and synthesis ability.

Previous experience in handling and culturing microorganisms is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree +5 in Biotechnology or Microbiology.
