- Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors at the Toronto offices.
- Provide virtual receptionist support for the Candiac, Québec Warehouse.
- Ensure a professional and efficient service for all clients.
- Maintain an immaculate and well-presented reception area.
- Manage boardroom scheduling, catering, and beverages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Collaborate with internal teams on ad hoc requests and projects.
- Assist with general queries and company knowledge.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Bilingual in French and English
- Approachable and client-oriented demeanor
- Exemplary organization and coordination skills
- Ability to work methodically and follow processes
