1. Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors at the Toronto offices.
2. Provide virtual receptionist support for the Candiac, Québec Warehouse.
3. Ensure a professional and efficient service for all clients.
4. Maintain an immaculate and well-presented reception area.
5. Manage boardroom scheduling, catering, and beverages.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
7. Collaborate with internal teams on ad hoc requests and projects.
8. Assist with general queries and company knowledge.
9. Perform additional duties as needed.

1. Bilingual in French and English
