1. Collaborate with dedicated perfumeries to enhance brand presence.
2. Maintain and promote the Chanel brand image.
3. Provide expert advice to clients on makeup, fragrances, and skincare using specialized tools.
4. Drive sales of Chanel fragrance and cosmetic products.
5. Foster a collaborative partnership with perfumery teams.
6. Organize promotional events within perfumeries.
7. Support perfumeries in handling Chanel product complaints.
8. Implement visual merchandising changes promptly in assigned perfumeries.
9. Analyze sell-in and sell-out results and take appropriate actions based on current performance.

1. Passion for makeup, fragrances, and skincare.
2. Comfort and fulfillment in sales and client interaction.
3. Ability to enchant clients with the magic of the Chanel brand.
4. Aesthetic sensibility combined with humor and openness.
5. High level of personal culture.
6. Completion of makeup and skincare courses is an advantage.
7. Fluency in Polish; proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Excellent customer service skills.

Experience in sales and customer interaction within the luxury beauty industry is preferred.
